Almost every building has a wine cellar that you can visit. Here Bodega joins Bodega, where every evening for sociable rounds is loaded. The wines that come from here bear the name “denominación de origen”, and the local tradition dates back to the 14th century. In any case, you must taste the wines from the Tempranillo grape, the spicy flavor will delight you.

Every year at the end of July, even more visitors than already in the city, because now is celebrated with the wines of the season Fideus des Vermar. Numerous dance and music performances make this festival an unforgettable experience for you as well.

Admire the Cas Capità Bissó, an imposing gate, and Molí de s’Olla, an ancient mill that bears witness to bygone times. The market place of Binissalem is dominated by Nostra Senyora de Robines, a church of the 15th century. Here, in Can Sabater, also lived the well-known writer Llorenç Villalonga.
