This exceptional villa is located in the north of Mallorca, in a quiet residential area and is just a few meters from two of the most beautiful white sand beaches with its crystal clear waters. From here, the vacationer enjoys a sweeping view of the Bay of Alcudia. The impressive complex consists of a fully equipped main house and various outbuildings. Here can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people.
Extravagant Villa Mallorca North – for 20 persons
It is a 12,000 square meter natural plot with flower gardens, lawns and a vegetable garden. Around the villa are distributed on about 10,000 square meters spacious terraces, which were equipped with very comfortable furniture, umbrellas and awnings. Some of them are covered or with an automatic sunscreen. In the spacious and lovingly landscaped garden, there is another covered terrace with barbecue on 20 x 8 m saltwater pool. There is also a heated jacuzzi for 8 persons.
The carefully selected and extremely comfortable interior is contemporary in style. Only very high quality materials were used, and all the furniture of the villa was custom made. For example, there are cooling stone paving for the daytime area and the warmth of the oak parquet for the bedrooms.
Each bedroom has a spacious and modern en-suite bathroom. However, the master bedroom on the first floor deserves a special mention, as it has a dressing room and a bathroom with bath and shower in addition to the living room. There is also a private terrace overlooking the sea and Formentor.
The main house of the luxury holiday home has 8 bedrooms, including an extra large master suite, while the guest house with 2 bedrooms and bathroom sleeps 4 people. A Sonos music system has been installed.
In addition, a house for staff with 3 rooms belongs to the complex (available on request). Here is a personal professional kitchen with grill, refrigerator, dishwasher and dining table. Guests of the villa can also use a garage for 2 cars and a parking space for 4 cars.
