You spend your holiday in this exclusive holiday home in a small group of up to 6 people, who always find a personal retreat thanks to the spacious rooms throughout the house.
On the ground floor is the living room of the finca, where in the evening everyone can gather together around the cozy fireplace. If you are not in one of the restaurants in the nearby village, prepare your tapas in a very modern kitchen. For shared meals, a large dining room is available. Furthermore, you will find on the ground floor a separate toilet for your guests, a utility room and a very spacious hallway.

The path to the three bedrooms of the house takes you to the upper floor of the authentic finca. One of them has an adjoining roof terrace, where you can enjoy the sun in quiet moments or look at the stars. There are two bathrooms at the top of the house; one of them en suite. A place for doing business can be found in a work corner on the gallery.

Among the most beautiful places of this authentic Finca in the northeast of Mallorca are the many small terraces that were built around the house. Some of them are covered so that you can always find a nice place to read, daydream or sunbathe at any time of the day or year.

The property itself is a little paradise; Here you can stroll among olive, carob, almond and gingko trees as well as holm oaks and will never forget the uninterrupted view across the plain to the castle of Sant Salvador in Artá ??/ Mallorca.
