The chalet with sea views Mallorca north is in a very modern style and is located directly on the seafront. The very beautiful natural beach (no beach chairs, no umbrellas) are only a few steps walk.

More sea than in this great chalet is almost impossible!

The interior of this house is also very modern. Two of the three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, one is in the basement of the house and is therefore best suited for the accompanying children. There are two bathrooms with a large shower.

To keep it pleasantly cool in the whole house, even in midsummer, there is air conditioning in all rooms. From the living room with open kitchen, it goes directly to the beautiful terrace, because actually you want to stay in this view anyway the whole day outdoors.

A few steps down to the pool, which has a nice shallow entry area. There are enough pool chairs available for all residents of the house, as well as a great outdoor shower. Now all you have to do is go through a small gate and you’re on the crystal blue Mediterranean Sea. A beautiful, wide stretch of beach is just a few meters from the house.

Here you can also stop almost anytime in the “El Sol”, a very popular beach bar with good food, drinks and sometimes there is also live music.

Location of Chalet with Seaiews Mallorca North

Son Serra de Marina is a typical Mallorcan urbanization, with the great advantage that it is here even in the middle of summer still “relatively” quiet. There is a nice beach bar and a “mini” supermarket, where you get at least once the most necessary or what is missing.

After Can Picafort is about 10 minutes by car, here you can then do everything else. Discover also other luxury fincas in the Nord region.
