The house is ideal for families who like it quiet and can be rented throughout the year. It has a facade made of decorative natural stones and very much comfort, the decor is very typical of Mallorca. In all bedrooms there is both air conditioning and underfloor heating.

From the spacious entrance hall leads to the open living room. There are comfortable sofas, a plasma satellite TV, an iPod docking station, a PlayStation 3 and of course a free WiFi connection to the worldwide network.

The dining area can accommodate 6 people. Here are the doors to the covered terrace with a table and four chairs. This place is ideal for relaxed outdoor meals or for all leisure activities and, above all, a lot of rest. The pool is very spacious and surrounded by comfortable sun loungers.

The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances of a modern household: There is an electric stove with oven, two fridge-freezers, a dishwasher and a washing machine. All wall cabinets are conveniently mounted at eye level.

Upstairs is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a directly accessible bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is also an attractive space with two beds, fitted wardrobes and an adjacent bathroom with shower.

The master double room features a plasma satellite TV, fitted wardrobes, an en-suite shower room and a private upper sun terrace. All bedrooms have air conditioning, the timer can be set to 10 hours a day. Additional hours on request.

The extraordinary beauty of nature in the Mondrago National Park gives the area closer to the property a very special charm. It is very quiet. A mere 5-minute walk in the midst of the beguiling scent of a pine grove leads directly to s’Amarador beach. There are no crowded beach restaurants, but in the main season a small tapas bar is open on some days.

S’Amarador has recently been awarded the title of “Most Beautiful Beach in Mallorca”. It is also just 10 minutes to the equally breathtaking Cala Mondrago beach where there are two beach restaurants and the opportunity to rent a pedal boat.

The extensive nature park is home to numerous birds, tortoises and rare orchid species. For nature lovers an absolute must! Nearby is Santanyí, a small village with interesting sights. So there is a church from the 18th century with a baroque organ. To visit is also the city gate sa Porta Murada, whose tower dates from the 16th century. In addition, there is a well-attended weekly market every Wednesday and Saturday on the Plaça Major.
