This is a beautiful designer country house, completely renovated and puristically decorated in an idyllic location near Selva. The well-kept garden with generous lawns offers plenty of space and a great view of the Tramuntana mountains.

The luxury holiday home can accommodate up to 4 people. All rooms are on one floor: 1 double bedroom with fireplace, 1 open plan studio with 2 single beds (a pull-out bed and a large mattress on sleeping loft), modern kitchen with dishwasher and large dining area and access to the living room, located in the front of the house located and has direct access to the covered terrace. The living room is dominated by a white couch, comfortable cushions and very tastefully rustic decoration like a fireplace. Of course there is also a heater in the house, and the whole decor is decorated in friendly white tones.

The large terrace of the holiday home in turn is the ideal place to enjoy the meals in the fresh air. There is a cozy lounge corner which offers enough space for all guests. The private swimming pool with adjoining pool house has dimensions of approximately 10×4 meters. Here are the white sunbeds, where you can relax wonderfully.

Enjoy access to the Internet in all rooms. Of course, the household also includes a washing machine.

The daily shopping can be done quickly in the beautiful neighboring mountain village Selva. Every year in June, the herb festival is held here. For tourists who want to get to know the culture of their host country a little closer, the visit is almost a must. The beautiful and very well-kept beaches of the north of Mallorca are also easily reached by car.
