This exceptional luxury villa with 800 square meters of living space is located in a rural area on a 32000 sqm plot near the picturesque village of Santanyi on the east coast of the Balearic island of Mallorca.

At the swimming pool of the finca there are two shady pavilions with high quality loungers and seating. From here you can enjoy the wonderful panoramic view to the sea.
On the ground floor of the luxury holiday home is the entrance hall with large dining table and beautiful sitting area with fireplace. On both sides stairs lead up to the 1st floor and floor-to-ceiling French windows open to the courtyard with adjoining garden and pool area.
On one side is a cozy study with sitting area and fireplace. On the opposite side of the hall leads to the professionally equipped and very spacious kitchen with dining area.
The guest wing with two additional bedrooms ensures privacy.
On the upper floor of the villa are three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one of which is the master suite with extra spacious bathroom. Two further bedrooms are located in the guest wing, which is accessible from the outside.
In the basement of the luxury finca is a separate apartment with bedroom, bathroom, guest toilet and living / dining room with kitchenette. The apartment is ideal for Nanny’s and household helpers.
The modern decor of the villa is very tasteful and impresses with its simplicity. Numerous art objects give the property a special ambience.

Location of Exclusive Villa Mallorca South
The pretty village of Santanyi in the east of Mallorca with various restaurants and shops is about 10 minutes drive from the finca. Various very nice little sand bays can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The nearest golf course is 11km away.
