The modern luxury villa with 6 bedrooms is equipped to the highest standard with all modern requirements, including air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room. The hallway is bright and inviting with double doors leading to a sun deck and pool with great views. The staircase in the hall provides access to the three floors.
The modern bespoke kitchen features the American refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, electric oven, separate gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sinks, eye level cabinets and walk in pantry, all the heart of a hobby chef desires.
The adjoining dining area is equipped with a dining table for 12 people and two double doors lead to the furnished upper sun terrace. In the large living room with modern spotlight, flat screen TV with stylish seating, music system, free Wi-Fi and collection of modern art. Two double doors open onto the furnished upper sun terrace.
A two-bed room with adjoining shower room, is also located on the living level. This bedroom can also be reached via a separate external door. All other bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Two bedrooms have a bathroom en suite, the others share a bathroom.
The magnificent 50 m² swimming pool features Roman steps and sun loungers, surrounded by expansive lawns and offering beautiful views. The garden terrace with brick BBQ and beautiful furnishings is ideal for al fresco dining while overlooking the pool.

The town of Alcudia with its beautiful old town is just a short drive away. There is a good selection of nice restaurants and cafes here. In addition, here every Sunday the very popular weekly market takes place.
