One of them is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom. The villa also has another bathroom with bath and shower and a guest toilet, so there is no crowding at any time.

The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, it has everything that is needed for self-catering. In the vicinity there are shops. If you do not want to cook for yourself, just visit one of the many nearby restaurants that serve delicious national and international dishes.

In the middle of green

The magnificent luxury finca is surrounded by beautiful green countryside. From the finca it goes directly to the 300 square meter terrace with an inviting patio made of natural materials including garage. This is followed by the curved pool, surrounded by the well-kept garden and protected from prying eyes. On the sun loungers or in the lounge, which is covered by a large umbrella, it is wonderful to relax.

Sit here with a nice glass of wine (from the finca’s associated wine cellar) and let the view wander over the surrounding mountain landscape, certainly represents a successful end to the day. A real treat are the spectacular sunsets, which can be well observed from here.

Four parking spaces in front of the house are available, for example, for rental cars or visitors.

Located in the southwest of the sunny island of Mallorca, just outside the idyllic resort of Andratx and about 40 kilometers from the airport of the capital Palma, you will find the luxury Finca Cabrita

Even Andratx, the ancient and preserved in original charm harbor city, is worth a visit at any time. Surrounded by the Sierra de Tramuntana (Tramuntana Mountains), the typical houses and narrow streets enchant visitors. A tip is the cheerful weekly market with regional fruits, such as grapes, almonds, oranges or olives, which always takes place on Wednesdays.

After about half an hour’s drive you reach the noble fishing port of Port de Andratx. There are many boutiques, first-class shops and restaurants. Also worth a visit is the picturesque mountain village of Es Capdellà or Cap de Mar, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. But the city also has a cultural highlight to offer with the Gallery for Contemporary Art, Centro Cultural Andratx.
