The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The stove and oven are gas-operated, and there is also a microwave, fridge-freezer, a dishwasher – in short, everything that is necessary to prepare delicious meals.

One of the bedrooms is a master double room with an attached bath / shower and fitted wardrobes. From here there is direct access to the pool with the garden terrace. The twin room and a smaller double room with two single beds are also cozy. Both bedrooms share a shower room. From here, guests can also access the terrace by the pool. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Colorful gardens with palm trees and colorful hedges and bushes as well as extensive lawns surround the property. There is plenty of space for children to run around and play.

The huge, 8 meter long pool invites you to lively bathing pleasure. The large terrace has been furnished with comfortable deck chairs, perfect for sunbathing. A staircase leads to the upper terrace with dining area and barbecue for delicious outdoor meals. From here, guests have a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding landscape.

The finca is wonderfully centrally located between the two towns of Pollenca and Alcudia. That means there is a good selection of restaurants and shops within 6 to 8km. The beach is about 7km. Both the Bay of Alcudia and the Bay of Pollenca have great beaches with wonderfully crystal clear water.

Various golf courses can also be reached in a short time.
