This finca is nestled in a beautiful green environment with a great view. The delightfully designed family home offers a fantastic panoramic view over the green valley of Son Macia to the mountains and the sea.
Vacationers not only enjoy the fantastic location, but also the wonderful tranquility. The great covered terrace invites you to relaxing siestas and relaxing afternoons.
The water for the house and pool are obtained from the well on the property. The attractive surroundings are ideal for walks and educational hikes. A winding route leads directly to the main car park.

A fully equipped kitchen that meets modern demands.
Another door leads to the living room, whose comfortable sofa invites you to linger. A satellite TV, music system and free WiFi are available for entertaining entertainment and information. A cozy dining area is perfect for celebrations; in any case, the entire family has space here.
Directly adjacent to the living / dining area are the garden terraces, which offer the spectacular view mentioned at the beginning. For rest and relaxation there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. The wonderful view can be admired through the large windows.
The master bedroom has a super king-size bed and the built-in wardrobes offer enough storage space. This bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom or shower room. Otherwise two bedrooms share a bathroom-shower room. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and is followed by a sun terrace.
Outside facilities of the finca
The private pool with a pretty mosaic tile pattern can be reached via a Roman staircase. An outdoor shower provides cooling on hot days. The pool is surrounded by stone terraces, on which padded deck chairs invite you to relax and sunbathe.
Dogs are welcome in this finca by prior arrangement.

Location of Finca with a view Mallorca East
The small town of Son Maria is about 3 km from the finca. There is a small supermarket, a very nice restaurant and a café. More shopping opportunities can be found e.g. in Manacor and Felanitx.
The beautiful beaches and bays of the east coast are about 8-9km from the finca and the next golf course (Vall D’or) can be reached in about 15 minutes by rental car.
