Over 35 square kilometers is the sun-drenched property that houses the luxurious country estate. Surrounded by typical plants, bushes and trees in a well-tended garden, the property impresses with its impressive appearance. With a little luck, a few turtles can be seen here.

The surrounding lawns invite you to linger as well as the large pool (12 x 6 m and 2 m depth with stairs) in the outdoor area, the cooling promises next to the shady veranda with outdoor shower, deck chairs and umbrellas. In the cooler months, the pool can be heated.

Huge space and luxurious furnishings also determine the interior. Minimalist noblesse can be found in the huge living area. The focal point is a large oak table, where guests can be welcomed and hosted. In the Mediterranean style, however, the library was designed. Here classic design chairs, based on regional fabrics dominate by hand as an ideal reading place.

The eight double bedrooms with bath en suite have many amenities: Cozy seating harmonize with the latest technology in the field of entertainment. Needless to say that the beds are also extremely high quality and comfortable. Beamed ceilings provide a certain rustic charm. From the bedrooms it goes straight to the terrace. In the bathrooms there are walk-in showers, double sinks and many lovely details to discover. High-quality materials can be found wherever the eye is looking.

Three of the double rooms including bath and terrace access as well as living and kitchen area are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, including two refrigerators. The kitchen adjoins a covered dining area with a mobile grill on a patio.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors in the elegant living area provide light-flooded rooms. Whether guests make themselves comfortable in front of the TV or by the fireplace is up to them. On the direct way it goes but also to the terrace. An additional guest toilet helps to avoid waiting times.

Five double rooms, one of them a spacious bedroom with bathroom, sofa, TV-entertainment and private terrace. The other bedrooms are left along a long corridor with the same luxurious features and garden views from the respective terrace. The rooms have air conditioning and central heating to be prepared for any season and to provide pleasant temperatures.

The nearest beach is only about 3.5km away from the finca. The small fishing village of Porto Christo is just under 4km. There are a few small supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and every Sunday a weekly market. The nearest major town is Manacor, which is also the 2nd largest city on the island.

The coves and beaches of the east coast are considered to be the most beautiful of the whole of Mallorca. Within 20-30 minutes there are about 6 golf courses.
