The luxurious finca in the south of Majorca was redesigned in 2001 and modeled on historic country houses. The exquisite holiday home combines country charm with new construction comfort and perfect location: in the middle of a nature reserve. More than 100 thousand square meters of basic and almost 500 square meters of living space offer enough space for extended families, families or groups.

Luxurious Finca Mallorca South – Interior finishes

The house has a total of 5 bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom on the first floor has a walk-in closet, immediately adjacent there is a bath, a separate shower and a toilet. A floor heating provides pleasant warmth. In three bedrooms, mosquito nets protect the guests. In one bedroom there is an additional TV.

Furthermore, the ground floor houses two salons, each comfortably furnished with a couch and two armchairs. Best entertainment and information is provided by Blue Ray DVD players and satellite TV, two-speaker MP3 players and Wi-Fi.

In the dining room, ten people can comfortably sit at the spacious table. The kitchen is fully equipped with combined gas / ceramic hob of the brand Gaggenau and extractor fan, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. An Ice Crusher and a water dispenser complete the equipment. The ceiling fan ensures a pleasantly cool breeze.

The holiday home is adjoined by an extension, which houses a two-room apartment for the house staff as well as a laundry room (washing machine, dryer). Furthermore, a car park with roofing, below the house and a fitness center with air conditioning and modern equipment and a separate shower / toilet include the equipment of the finca. Two people can train their fitness on the stepper, the treadmill, the wall bars, the training station and on the two spinning bikes.

The underfloor heating ensures pleasant temperatures and dehumidifiers for the right room climate everywhere.

Outdoor pure nature

A courtyard with a large table for six to eight people invites you to linger in the orange grove. The house is adjoined to a terrace with seating for six people and a dining table with ten seats. On the loggia can be seated on chairs and a lounger.

Refreshment and distraction is provided by the huge active oxygen pool, which can be entered via shallow steps. An overflow basin offers maximum bathing and care comfort. It is surrounded by sunbeds that are ideal for relaxing. Below the pool is a perfectly groomed grass garden one of the many highlights of the finca there.

Other extras

The housekeeping is available daily for four hours (between 08:00 and 12:00 clock clock) for the room cleaning, the bedding including weekly renewal available. She also looks after the care of the garden and the cleaning of the pool. In addition, breakfast can also be served on request.

In about half an hour you reach the airport Palma. Nearest shops are about 5 and 7 kilometers away – once S ‘Alqueria Blanca and then Santanyl. There are also some very good Restaurants nearby – we recommend the tapas bar in S ‘Alqueria Blanca and a star chef, which can be found in Porto Colom.

After about a quarter of an hour’s drive by car tourists arrive at the ports of Porto Petro and Cala d ‘Or, beautiful beaches are about a quarter to half an hour away. In fine sand they invite to Cala Mondrago, Cala Santanyl and Es Trenc for sunbathing and swimming in the sea. If you like sports and would rather golf, you can improve your handicap in Vall D ‘Or, 15 minutes away.
