Five bedrooms, each with two Schramm beds and bathroom en suite, offer sufficient space and pleasant resting places. All rooms are air-conditioned and have underfloor heating for the cooler months. Pure nature can also be found in bed with fresh cotton bedding. High quality towels and beach towels are available.

Cooking is a pleasure in the fully and modernly equipped Bluthaup kitchen. A La Cornue cooker and a high-tech ceramic grill, known as the “big green egg”, are available for this. Two lounges provide entertainment. In one, the pool table invites you to a game, in the other there is a cozy home cinema with Dolby Surround sound.

Other highlights of the luxurious holiday villa are Italian lounge seats, a Bali lounge bed and a fireplace that invite you to relax.

Surprising on the outside too

Rented individually or together, the luxurious holiday homes offer enough space for ten people each. Various services can be booked separately, such as a private chef, concierge, shopping or laundry service. Luxury and privacy are combined here for a perfect vacation.

A wooden terrace adjoins the heated saltwater outdoor pool, which can be used all year round. The large veranda (15 x 5 meters) is ideal for outdoor dining. The view from here of the surroundings is breathtaking. A tennis court is available to the tenants of this luxury finca and the neighboring finca. Table tennis and a basketball court offer further opportunities for sporting activities.

On the 20 hectare property there is another finca with 5 bedrooms, but both houses are completely independent of each other and you don’t look at each other. Rented together there is the possibility to accommodate up to 20 people.

The capital Palma can be reached in half an hour with the airport. The beautiful beaches are also easy to reach.
