The villa was completely renovated in 2018/2019 and refurbished

On the ground floor there is a huge living / dining area adjacent to the modern, fully equipped kitchen. The living / dining area was comfortably furnished with huge sofa landscapes. The dining area is a large table that seats 12 people.

A practical utility room was equipped with sink, washing machine and dryer. He also serves as a storage room.

Overlying the bedroom areas were arranged with bath en suite. New furniture and decorative objects greet guests on the ground floor.

Also on the first floor is a spacious living area with XXL sofas, fireplace and entertainment options (TV, DVD). It joins the conservatory with a small breakfast table and relax corner. A small office, which can also serve as a retreat, was equipped with a table for six people.

Guests can spend a pleasant night in one of the five bedrooms, which are adjoined by five bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size double bed. The bathroom has a double sink, shower and bath. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are twin bedrooms, each with bathrooms (shower, bath, sink and toilet). The fourth bedroom is suitable as a guest room with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. From there it goes directly to the rear balcony. From the 5th bedroom guests directly reach the garden.

Outdoor areas and activities – Luxury Villa Mallorca North

Guests can access the luxury villa via a private driveway, with up to three vehicles parked directly in front of the building.

Around the house a beautiful garden was created. This offers plenty of space for lounging or for taking meals and drinks in the open air. A private heated pool invites you to swim all year round. It has been recently renovated and has a considerable size of 11 x 4 meters. Here or from the elevated terrace you can admire the bizarre Tramuntana massif.

Relaxation options include the sofa area, a double daybed, hammock or sunbeds with sunshades. Another highlight of the outdoor seating is the new grill and bar area with large seating area and a huge dining table that seats 20 people – guests are welcome here. A surrounding pergola provides the right dose of light and shade.

Location of Luxury Villa Mallorca North

The beautiful old town of Pollenca with the typical bars, restaurants and shops is only about 2km away. Every Sunday there is also a great weekly market (at 14:00). If you like it more comfortable, drive about 10 minutes by car and reach the small town of Cala San Vicenc, with a beautiful bay.

Port de Pollenca with a really beautiful sandy beach and crystal blue water can also be reached in about 10 minutes
