This original farm dates back to 1750 and has recently been converted into a private cottage. Nestled in the lower slopes of the dramatic Tramuntana mountains and surrounded by the unspoiled nature, this property offers a breathtaking view over the green pine-covered valleys nearby. The old olive and almond groves also offer much peace and tranquility. Since wine has been cultivated since ancient times and even today, there are some vineyards nearby. Tourists who want to spend the best time of the year in an authentic Mallorcan farmhouse in the beautiful hills of Pollencas, should opt for this property.

The characterful Finca impresses with Mediterranean decor and a collection of paintings from past times in all rooms. The stone-clad farmhouse has been built over two floors, very attractively furnished and has many traditional features – such as interior stone walls, terracotta tiles and original wood-beamed ceilings. At the front there is a covered terrace. The original Mallorcan wooden double doors behind an attractive archway open into the large hallway.

The holiday home’s very spacious lounge has a comfortable seating area, traditional stone walls, an iPod docking station, a plasma TV with satellite channels and a PlayStation 2. Also, the dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a magnificent view of the ocean Garden and pool offer, very impressive. The large dining table can seat up to 8 people.

At the rear of the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances of a modern household. From the kitchen, a side door leads to the covered barbecue area, and through another door, guests arrive at the utility room, where the washing machine is located.

To the right of the entrance is a stone archway leading to a twin bedroom with pool and garden view. This bedroom has an adjoining large shower room. Also right next to the kitchen is a guest bathroom with shower and toilet. The house has a total of 4 bathrooms, each with a hairdryer.

On the first floor of the holiday home is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to a private sun terrace. From here, the vacationer has a far reaching view over the beautiful nature of Majorca. Two more equally attractive twin bedrooms each provide access to the second sun terrace and share a large family bathroom with shower sharing. In all rooms there is free wireless internet access.

At the back of the house is the impressive covered dining terrace, which stretches across the entire width of the property and is right by the pool. Here is a huge dining table made of solid oak, which can comfortably accommodate 8 people.

Pollenca is a beautiful old town with unmistakable Roman roots and only 3km from the finca. So the Plaza Major in the center of the village is very impressive, also there are excellent tapas bars and restaurants with international cuisine for every taste. A visit to the inviting sandy coves with its turquoise waters at Cala Sant Vicenc and the bustling center of Port de Pollensa with stylish restaurants, boutiques and fine sandy beaches will make any holidaymaker unforgettable. Moreover, these are all within a few minutes by car.
