The finca is located approximately in the middle between the old town of Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca in the northeast of Mallorca. Both the city center and the beach are only a few minutes away by car. The nearest supermarket is only 800 meters. Nearby are more beaches and the small sandy coves of Cala San Vicente.

The small community is located in a very scenic area and offers, for example, much opportunity for hiking. From the finca it is 5.5 km to the golf course of Pollenca and 4.5 km to the nearest tennis court in Puerto Pollensa. In the old town of Pollenca, which is 1.2 km from the house, are also some good restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine.
