Rural holiday home Mallorca East – for up to 12 people

Guests enter the house through a solid oak arched door. You enter the hall, which adjoins the spacious dining room with three double doors to the terrace in the quiet garden with the pool. The finca has a well-equipped kitchen with all modern amenities.

In the spacious living room, guests will find two comfortable sofas, a plasma TV, a Playstation 2 and an iPod docking station with free internet access. With access to the front sun terrace, there is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and immediately afterwards a fully equipped shower room.

A staircase leads to another double room with fitted wardrobes and a private sun terrace. In addition, there is an attractive twin room, also with fitted wardrobes. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.

Another double room also has a shower room. Finally, the fifth bedroom has two single beds, one of which can be extended to a double bed. There is a fan in one of the twin bedrooms and air conditioning in all others.

All furniture and other furnishings as well as the fittings in the bathrooms meet a very high standard. Cool terracotta tiled floors are installed throughout the house, and the decorative wooden beams on the ceilings add charm.

The pool has a small waterfall. Around it, spacious sun terraces with comfortable sun loungers and sun loungers under parasols invite you to relax. The large covered terrace in the wonderfully picturesque landscape, of course, there is a brick barbecue and at the front of the house is a spacious lawn with plenty of room for the children to play.

Around the house are many old olive, almond and fruit trees, which provide plenty of shade.

There are many beautiful beaches and bays on the east coast of Majorca, some of which are only rarely visited in midsummer.
