The traditional finca has been completely renovated and extended and is now a family holiday home with a pleasant ambience. The oak-wood door leads into the hall, where we find a comfortable seating area. Through a decorative door arch in the stone wall we come into the spacious living and dining room with a stove and a satellite TV with German and English channels. In addition, guests can expect a double room with private shower and exit to the garden terrace, as well as a bedroom with en-suite bath and shower. Furthermore, the ground floor has a large fitted kitchen with a dining table with seating for six, a dishwasher, fitted wardrobes, fridge and freezer, a microwave and an infrared grill with oven and the laundry room with washing machine. All living rooms on the ground floor captivate with their quaint wooden beamed ceiling.

On the first floor is the master double room with plasma TV, private bathroom with jacuzzi and access to the upper sun terrace. In addition, there are two bedrooms with two beds and fitted wardrobes, as well as access to the upper sun terrace. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms with showers.

In addition to the finca with a private entrance is a very charming cozy casita overlooking the pool. Inside is a double bedroom with bath and shower, a living and dining room with sofa seating area as well as a plasma TV and a modern sound system. Furthermore, here is an open kitchen available. Four people can be seated at the table. This casita is preceded by a covered terrace with large BBQ grill and a table with chairs for another six guests – ideal for al fresco dining and siesta guests. Here you can completely relax and enjoy the beauty of the natural environment in Mallorca. There is also a shower for extra comfort.

Around the pool are loungers and the comfortably furnished sun terraces with fabulous wide views over the beautiful landscape with its pine-clad slopes in the distance. The centuries-old pine trees provide welcome shade in the summer sun. There is also a large orchard with orange and lemon, algarroba (carob), olive and almond trees, where the children of the guests have plenty of space to play. (Rental license: VT 1584)

A quiet country road leads to this former farmhouse in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The attractive village of Cas Concos offers some excellent restaurants and small shops and is just minutes away.

Various beautiful beaches such. Cala Mondrago and Es Trenc can be reached in about 10 to 15 minutes by rental car.
