This holiday home near Felanitx is the epitome of a successful fusion of tradition and modernity. Some of the buildings belonging to this estate are already over 400 years old and yet equipped with every imaginable luxury. You can still feel the old stories in every corner, which are closely interwoven with the Mallorcan Finca, without having to give up your modern living comfort.
A total of 16 people can spend a holiday together in this spacious finca. In the main house you have four bedrooms available; four further bedrooms are located in the annex of the house. You can spend nice moments of relaxation in the two living areas of the main house; In the annex you will find another living room with fireplace. A very spacious kitchen and a dining area invite you to get to know the cuisine of the island.
The luxurious features of this spacious finca include a pool house with an extra-large grill, dining table and cozy bamboo seating area. Enjoy the Mallorcan summer with all its colors and scents in this shady spot.

If you are looking for the proximity to the city from the loneliness of this idyllic finca, Felanitx with its beautiful weekly market is just a 5-minute drive away. A particularly worthwhile destination is also the southeast coast with its many small sandy coves and beaches only 25 minutes drive away. In the same distance is also the popular golf course Vall D’or as well as the popular holiday destination Cala D’Or.
