The house offers you every luxury you would expect from an exclusive villa. So that you can feel at home here in every season, both air conditioning and heating are available. Also technically you use state-of-the-art equipment for music and TV. Traveling children will be able to rediscover the in-house children’s playground with a lot of joy. For our active guests there is also a gym in the villa. The villa has a luxurious kitchen with microwave, oven, cooking utensils, juicer & Co. A private pool is a matter of course in a villa with this equipment.

It is 10 to 15 minutes by car to the shops of the pretty capital. Our golf enthusiasts are just 1000m to the exclusive golf course Son Vida. The airport of Palma de Mallorca is only 15 kilometers away, so that you can reach your holiday home without travel stress.
The nearest beautiful sandy beach is in Portals Nous. The exclusive harbor town with various very good restaurants and cafes can be reached in about 20 minutes.
