These can be rented individually or together and each one offers space for ten guests. Here are no wishes left. Selected art objects, Italian designer furniture and interiors from all over the world combine with the typical Mallorcan charm.

Pure nature can be found as far as the eye can see – both the wonderful green surroundings around the property, the well-tended garden, and the house itself offers many natural materials. Tables and chairs made of tree panes, wooden decorative elements and wicker furniture determine the high-quality and stylish furnishings.

The five bedrooms are designed as two master bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms en suite. In the other three bedrooms, too, cozy beds with bedsheets made of cotton invite you to relax at night. High-quality towels and bath towels are provided in the bathrooms.

The Bulthaup brand kitchen does not miss anything that is necessary for the preparation of delicious meals. A La Cornue cooker is available for this. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and fully air-conditioned. A large screen television and a cinema room with a 4K projector provide for entertainment in the living area.

For sporting activities, billiard and snooker tables, table tennis, and a tennis court invite guests to share with the other villa on the property. The heated salt water pool is perfect for a little refreshment.

There is also sufficient relaxation. Around the pool, comfortable loungers with spectacular sun sails invite you. There is also a barbecue grill with a wood oven in the outdoor area. Guests can rest on the day beds under the pergola. Different, partly covered terraces offer various seating options – the one a huge dining table, the balcony a lounge corner.

As far as the eye can see, beautiful landscape, the Tramuntana Mountains impress with bizarre rock formations. The Bay of Alcudia is one of Mallorca’s dream beaches. It is ideal for swimming, water sports and sunbathing. However, a rental car is recommended for this; the drive to the beach takes about half an hour. The airport and the capital Palma can be reached in thirty minutes.

Huge vineyards invite you to go for a walk, bike or hike as well as the gardens typical of this region. Cycling service can be booked so that holidaymakers who want to experience a bike tour do not have to worry about anything.
