This absolute luxury villa with indoor pool is located in Port d´ Andratx, one of the most popular holiday regions in Mallorca.

More design is not possible

500 square meters of living space offer enough space for a maximum of ten people. The villa was designed in a very design-oriented manner. From all rooms and outside areas, vacationers enjoy a panoramic view from the marina over the sea to the surrounding Sierra de Tramuntana mountains.

A highlight of the modern holiday villa is the wellness area with fitness room, sauna and indoor pool with jacuzzi. A pool room is available for leisure activities in the villa. In the in-house wine cellar, holidaymakers and their guests can relax and unwind with a good drop of the evening.

Another highlight is the roof terrace with comfortable lounge furniture, where you can dine excellently. How about a barbecue overlooking the huge outdoor pool? A total of three pools invite you to play and have fun. Several covered and uncovered terraces are ideal as a chill-out zone.

when it comes to equipment – “more is more”

You can sleep well in the three king-size bedrooms for two people each. They are equipped with bathroom en-suite. Another two double bedrooms can be found in the guest wing, here there is a separate kitchen and a salon. The perfect division into several living areas with separate bedrooms makes the villa a holiday destination in which several families can retreat if necessary.

All rooms are air-conditioned, on cooler days a fireplace provides warmth and comfort. The living area with stereo sound, satellite TV and wifi internet access leaves nothing to be desired. Immobile or older people will particularly appreciate the lift. In the huge lounge area there is enough comfortable seating for a chat with friends or just to relax.

Carefree package

The rental price includes the two full-time housekeepers, a fully equipped bodega, breakfast catering, champagne and canapés on the day of arrival. The day also ends in a relaxing way, because thanks to the turndown service (opening the beds) the guest does not have to worry about anything. Everything that is necessary for a good night’s sleep is arranged – including care products.

Relaxation is offered in the quiet surroundings, close to the sophisticated marina with yacht club, which guests can reach in 5 minutes on foot. On the opposite side of the harbor, restaurants and various boutiques invite you to shop, stroll and linger. It takes less than 15 minutes to reach the beach of Cala Fonoll by car, the trip to the capital, where the old town should definitely be, is twice as long.
