Book a luxury Villa Mallorca

FAQ – answers to frequently asked questions

How can I make a booking?

You can make a non-binding request on the detail page of each finca. We will immediately forward your travel request to the respective homeowner and send you an email after their commitment.

If you want to make a fixed booking we will need the exact number of people (adults / children) and your full address. After receiving this information, we will send you the rental contract with all details.

Depending on the requested house a deposit of 30-50% is required. The remaining payment is made (also depending on the house) either 4-6 weeks before arrival or on arrival cash on the spot to the homeowner or his caretaker.

Can I reserve a finca?

A requested object can be optioned (pre-reserved) for a maximum of 5 days. An option does not automatically follow the non-binding request, but must be explicitly requested. We then forward the desired travel period to the homeowner and ask for an option. If the option is confirmed by the homeowner, we will inform you accordingly and block the desired travel period for a maximum of 5 days. The option will automatically expire at 6:00 pm after these 5 days if we have not heard from you until then. Please also note that a maximum of two houses can be reserved.

How does the payment work?

All payments must be made by bank transfer to the account specified in the rental agreement. The receipt of payments is not confirmed in detail by luxury holiday homes. If a payment has not arrived by an appointed date, we will contact you by email with a payment reminder.

When can I check in and when do I have to check out?

As a rule, the object you have booked is ready for occupancy from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure you have until 10:00 o’clock to leave your holiday home. However, these times may vary depending on the size of the booked house. Especially with larger houses, there may be a later check-in, as more time is needed for cleaning. The time stated in the rental contract is binding for you. We would like to ask you to adhere to the given times so as not to disturb the procedure on the arrival / departure day. If there is no booking directly before or after you, these times can be handled flexibly by prior arrangement.

How does the house or key handover take place?

In the documents you will find where to find this box and the corresponding pin code. Please let us know your flight details for arrival and departure no later than one week before arrival. We pass this information on to the caretaker of your finca, so that he can prepare for your arrival.
