Charming villa in the typical architectural style of the island, which shares with two other luxury holiday homes a nearly 700 acre estate in Bunyola. The rural houses are located far above the west coast at a considerable distance from each other and also offer large companies plenty of space for development and recreation.

Inside, the luxury villa has been lovingly restored according to historical model. Nostalgic, the visible ceiling beams, which harmonize perfectly with the white walls and ceilings. Warm tones conjure up the terracotta tiles on the floors. Wireless Internet available throughout the house.
All rooms are spread over three floors. The modern kitchen and the spacious living / dining area leave nothing to be missed. Here you can relax and be fed. Up to ten people can comfortably holiday in this house.
Spend the night in a pleasant way – five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, equipped with free toiletries, make it possible. The master suite with 30 square meters is the largest room, which could almost pass through as a dormitory. All other bedrooms are between 17 and 23 square meters in size. Attached to the bedrooms are terraces with seating. Throughout the sleeping areas are Bose speakers for a fantastic sound experience. Portable Bose speakers add rich sound.

From the finca vacationers have a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the bizarre mountain landscape. This can be enjoyed well from one of the open terraces, which include, among other things, the large heated swimming pool. Right next to it you will find comfortable loungers with parasols on the large sun terrace to relax, dream or read a book. Pool service is included daily.
Those who prefer to go to the beach or to the sea can reach both after a nice walk of about 40 minutes.
The in-house concierge will be happy to help you book events or find a restaurant, cafe or bar. Six days a week, however, this is not necessary, as guests will be pampered by the chef, who is dedicated to the villa and the well-being of the guests with a delicious lunch and dinner. A large beverage package (beer, wine, Spanish sparkling wine, spirits and soft drinks) and daily breakfast are included in the price.

The huge estate and the whole area offer numerous mountain bike trails and hiking trails for exciting exploration. Not far away are Banyalbufar and Esporles. The two typical Mallorcan villages can be found in the neighborhood of Son Bunyola. It is worth a stroll through the shops or the typical tapas bars and quaint restaurants.
