The mountains and forests surrounding the estate were once reserved for the nobility to hunt. Therefore, the area is uninhabited and has retained its distinctive rustic character. Today, this area is protected as an untouched natural resource of high environmental value by environmental law. The sprawling property is an exclusive pearl of the Mediterranean, providing complete privacy for guests.

This historic mansion could be described as a harmonious unity of nature, art and architecture. Built in the 16th century, for centuries it was the residence of the owners of the extensive fields and pastures that were an integral part of the property.

The villa has recently been renovated with uncompromising aesthetic and architectural rigor. The property has all the modern conveniences, but at the same time shows a strong respect for traditional elements of island architecture and the exquisite neo-Romanesque Italian taste.

The 2,000 square meters are divided into two levels that make up the tower with unobstructed views of the entire island of Mallorca.

The interior

The huge entrance hall with two arches provides access to salons that serve as a dining room. In addition, there is the kitchen, a courtyard with fountains and the glazed porch. From here guests can access the family chapel and a suite with a bedroom.

On the upper floor are the bedrooms and the library. This receives through a Art Nouveau greenhouse much natural light and a magnificent view over the bay and Cap Formentor. The room has parquet flooring, a beamed ceiling and a fireplace. These elements provide warmth and comfort that is ideal for reading and listening to music.

Furthermore, we find here a spacious living room with grand piano, where private chamber music concerts were given. Here is also access to the rooms, which have their own living room with fireplace and exit to the various terraces.

There is a constant communication between the outdoor gardens and the elements of the house. The sea breeze, the sound of water from the wells and the scent of the Mediterranean vegetation create a magical atmosphere that characterizes the villa.

The bedrooms are between 35 and 70sqm in size and all have their own bathroom with bathtub and mostly a terrace.

The gardens of the finca

The seven gardens that surround the villa have a total size of 15,000 square meters. There is a water source, an Arab style fountain, water cascades, a music fountain and a pool. This water oasis is surrounded by water lilies and other beautiful plants. Paved paths and arbors of jasmine and bougainvillea connect the various spaces between the olive, pomegranate, oak and hackberry trees and cypress.

On the terraces and verandas, guests can enjoy the scent of the Mediterranean vegetation along with the constant sound of the water. Many indigenous animals such as partridges, pigeons and hoopoes regularly come here to drink, and at sunset the atmosphere is really quiet and very rural.

The swimming pool in the middle of the garden is spacious and intimate at the same time. The water reflects the colors of bougainvillea, jasmine flowers and dry stone walls. On the hottest summer days, guests can enjoy the tranquility and atmosphere of the sofas on the veranda. A spacious sun terrace with hammocks will fascinate every sun worshiper.

A barn used in the past to thresh wheat is also found on the wide paved forecourt. Under the old olive trees, the perfect setting for celebrations at the highest level.

The finca is also ideal for weddings and similar celebrations.

Location of Exclusive Finca Mallorca Northeast

The sea is only four kilometers from the villa and can be reached via a well-developed road. Also, the nature reserve of Son Real with trails for various tours is not far away. In this area you can ride, hike and bike. The pristine beaches of white sand and turquoise waters form large areas that jut out into the pine forests.

A prehistoric necropolis and other archaeological remains such as the Illot of Porros, which will surprise archeologists, are also nearby.

The nearby villages of Arta, Capdepera and Son Servera are of great beauty. So, in Son Servera, guests can visit the renowned art gallery Sa Pleta Freda, where great Spanish contemporary painters and sculptors exhibit their works.

The villa is also only 20 minutes by car to the golf courses of Pula, Canyamel and Capdepera. The yacht clubs of Colonia de San Pere, Can Picafort and Port d’Alcúdia are also just a short distance away.
