The finca with guest house is located in the bizarre mountain scenery of Pollenca, nestled in the Colonia Valley. Ideal for a relaxing holiday is the peaceful, quiet location with a magnificent view over the valley – especially when the sun sets in the evening. The villa complex consists of two buildings: the main villa and a separate casita, which houses two bedrooms.

Lovingly restored property – Finca with guesthouse Mallorca North

The original part of the finca is more than one hundred years old. The two houses have been renovated and restored with great attention to detail. From the entrance gate, guests can access the private entrance to the stone-clad, ground-floor main house.

A spacious and cozy living room adjoins the fully equipped kitchen, which also includes a dining area. A double bedroom has a private bathroom, a double and a twin sharing the second bathroom.

The guest house is located at the height of the pool. There is a living / dining room, a bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite, a bedroom with two single beds and a shower room. Of course, the guesthouse also has a small kitchen.

In total, there are three double and two twin bedrooms and four bath / shower rooms in both houses. All rooms are pleasantly air conditioned. Hairdryer, free wifi, music station and safe are included.

Splash, relax, play and dine

From the side terrace of the main house, guests can access the pool area via steps. One part of the pool terrace was covered, the other part can be used as an open area for al fresco dining.

Immediately adjacent to this terrace, the pool area with some beach chairs for sunbathing and relaxing. The spacious pool (10 x 5 meters, 1 to 2 meters depth) is suitable for splashing, who likes, can also swim a few laps. Highlight is the roman stairs.

Several outdoor terraces are perfect for reading, enjoying the scenery, relaxing, entertaining and, of course, for culinary delights. For the latter, a Webber gas grill is available. There is also a table tennis court by the house and a golf course in the area.

The finca is available for rent only in the summer months of June, July and August.

The pretty village of Pollenca is just 1 km from the finca. The historic old town is set against the backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains, a few miles further, tourists can reach the beautiful sandy beaches near the port of Pollenca. The city with its special flair has made a name for itself as a painter and artist city. Street cafes, fine restaurants and the Sunday morning market are worth a visit.

Various historical and musical events provide variety – for the active holiday hiking and biking trails are suitable. 365 steps lead to Calvari. From here, the spectacular panoramic views over the north of Majorca. A café is available for your physical well-being. Adjacent invites a small chapel to linger.
