The entrance leads into the large dining room with beamed ceilings with charm and character. Right next to the dining area is the living room, which is very comfortably furnished with satellite TV, a PlayStation 2 and a DVD player. Double doors lead to the furnished terrace. Here, the view of the mountains is opened all around, which makes the place an ideal rest area. Immediately afterwards is the pool, which leads to a Roman staircase. All around the sun terrace is furnished very comfortably with a few loungers.

To the left of the front door is a corridor that leads to the bedrooms and the fully equipped modern kitchen. There is a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge with a separate freezer and an electric hob. Steps lead up to an extended kitchen area where we find the washing machine.

The inner hall leads to two double bedrooms, each with spacious fitted wardrobes and private access to the side terrace. Next door is the attractively tiled bathroom with toilet and shower. From all the windows, guests enjoy beautiful views of the wonderful surrounding countryside.

Upstairs, the entire floor is laid out with cooling terracotta tiles. Here you will find the master bedroom with double bed and an en-suite shower room. These rooms are also very well equipped, for example, a hairdryer in each bathroom and air conditioning in all bedrooms. (Rental license: ETV 1116)

In Cala Sant Vicenc are two beautiful sandy coves, and there are some nice restaurants on the beach make the area an ideal choice for any family. Located in the north of Majorca, the still very original fishing village is ideal for people who love the peace and seclusion. Nevertheless, there is plenty of opportunity for a variety of sporting activities.
