This luxury finca is like an oasis at the end of a small dirt road. Once you have driven to the property, you are surrounded by lots of trees, palm trees and beautiful flowers.
Luxurious Finca Mallorca Center – for 10 persons
On the grounds of the house there is much to discover and see, including. the free-roaming peacocks. There is a large selection of children’s toys and more. a big trampoline For the pleasure of the “big ones” u.a. A hot tub and a floodlit tennis court are available. There is also the possibility to ride and to take riding lessons as there are horses and ponies on the property.
The house, which is about 600 square meters in size, is furnished in an upscale, elegant country house style with high-quality parquet and terracotta floors.
There are 5 double bedrooms, including one with separate entrance, 5 bathrooms, 1 toilet, 2 large salons with 3 open fireplaces, a large dining room and a kitchen with dining area.
Cypress, Bouganvillas, Oleander and roses surround the house and offer an idyll of tranquility. In the park are also the pool area with sun terraces and a whirlpool.
The finca is also very suitable for festive occasions such. Weddings and outdoor space can accommodate up to 200 people.

At the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, framed by almond orchards, orange, lemon, fig and olive trees, lies this 140-year-old jewel set in the beautiful wine-growing area of Binissalem. The capital Palma is 15 minutes away, the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca in Alcudia and Pollenca can be reached in 20 minutes. The finca is thus the ideal starting point to explore the entire island.
