The exclusive mansion is located on the city limits of Palma and was built in 1922. The historic property has been lovingly and very high quality from 2015 to 2018 renovated and renovated. The Art Deco style and many details reflect the charm of the early 20s.

The building has wraparound balconies, terraces and a tower which overlooks the beautiful surrounding countryside. The mountains of the Tramuntana can be admired as well as the sea, Palma’s Cathedral and the Castell de Bellver.

Lots of space for vacationers and guests

Spread over approx. 800 m² there are 8 bedrooms, all with king size box spring double beds. Adjacent to the bedrooms is a bathroom. The living room has an open fireplace.

The TV room also serves as a yoga room for a variety of recreational activities. The villa has central heating and air conditioning for a cozy indoor climate in every season (individually adjustable for each room). Some bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the kitchen have underfloor heating. The old-style tiled floors with original 1920s floral patterns look especially pretty. A staircase leads to the upper area of ??the house. The decor is also decorated in Art Deco style of the 20s and furnished with design classics from the 50s to the 70s.

A fully equipped huge kitchen is right next to the living room with fireplace. All rooms have a ceiling height of 4 meters and partly original stucco ceilings. The walls of the house are restored with lime plaster original or made of natural stone and thus ensure a healthy and pleasant indoor climate in every season. The tower is adjoined by a large terrace. From here you can admire the 2000 m² garden, which also includes a parking area for four cars. A dip in the 14-meter pool ensures cooling. Sun loungers and hammocks are available for sun worshipers to relax. As a special feature, the pool has underwater speakers.

On the terraces vacationers and their guests can dine under the open sky, for which two outdoor kitchens with BBQ are available. Three spacious seating areas with valuable wooden furniture are located among typical olive trees, which provide pleasant shade here.

Please note that the access road to this house is very narrow. So you should avoid the rental of very large and wide cars if possible.

The mansion is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. It is the ideal starting point for trips to the beach. It is only 7 km away by car. In ten minutes, the city center of Palma can be reached. Without problems, a bus stop is within walking distance, which brings you in no time in the center of Palma.
