Located near Santa Maria and Sencelles, surrounded by vineyards, the newly refurbished Finca presents itself to its guests. On 210 square meters of living space typical Mallorcan design with natural materials were combined. The result was a delightful holiday villa in front of the enchanting backdrop of the Tramuntana massif, which leaves nothing to be desired.

In 2019 the finca was completely renovated

The designers of the beautiful Finca set on natural materials, with wood in every room was staged. As a bed frame for romantic four-poster beds, bony trunks harmonize with the wooden doors and window frames in all three bedrooms. All rooms have air conditioning. The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite. On request, a cot can be provided.

Each bedroom has a private outdoor access – a walk in the garden or the 40 square meter saltwater pool immediately after getting up there is nothing in the way.

The mirrors in the bathrooms were also fitting in wood. The towel holder made of peeled branches in one of the bathrooms is reminiscent of an art object.

The kitchen is open plan and equipped with everything necessary for preparing a meal – from storage to washing up. A washing machine is also available.

The living room is ideal for anyone seeking relaxation with its feel-good ambience and comfortable sofa. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available. The rooms are air conditioned.

After a swim in the beautiful pool, the surrounding sun loungers invite you to relax and sunbathe. The finca also offers an excellent starting point for hikes and walks

How about a visit to the nearby villages of the center of the island or excursions to sights just around the corner, such as a visit to the gallery in Sineu? Highly recommended is the farmer’s market, which is considered an insider tip and one of the most beautiful on the island counts.
