his 150 year old holiday home with wonderful views of the mountains is located in the beautiful Son Vent valley, in the middle of Mallorca’s beautiful landscape. The owners, have renovated this villa to the highest standard. All original features have been retained, yet the comfortably furnished house has all the modern conveniences.
Quaint Finca Mallorca East – for 8 persons
Through the terrace by the pool you enter a living and dining room with a beautiful archway that leads to a comfortable seating area of ??the finca. The spacious living room is equipped with satellite TV and CD player and also has an exit to a side sun terrace and the garden with some shady lawns. The modern fitted pine kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, electric / gas stove, a granite countertop. The kitchen also has an exit to the garden. The washing machine and a ping-pong table are located in a large utility room. A nice twin bedroom with ensuite bath and shower is also located on the ground floor.
From the hall, a tiled staircase leads up to a gallery. Through a side door, you get to a sunny balcony with stunning views over one of the most beautiful landscapes of Mallorca. The large double bedroom has a walk-in closet and an en suite shower room. You will also find a comfortable twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower and a private entrance to one of the upper sun balconies overlooking the mountains. Another bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room, also has access to a sunny balcony with sun terrace with stunning views of the mountains.
The holiday home is suitable for wheelchair users
In addition to the finca is a BBQ Casita with a covered dining area with barbecue and a very large solid oak table. There is also an additional shower for the pool.
In one corner of the garden is also a large lawn with a shade donated old tree. This is an ideal place to play for children or for a siesta in the shade.

Location of Quaint Finca Mallorca East
Enjoy the sunset behind the mountains – a truly unforgettable sight. The untouched village of Cas Concos is only a two-minute drive or ten minutes walk away. There are some nice restaurants and cafes here. The nearest beach is about 10km away.
