This finca with an almost paradise garden is located in a restored over 250 year old farmhouse.
Originally built in 1987, you can now fully enjoy this magnificent property with lawns, orange, lemon, grapefruit, clementines, avocado and pomegranate trees.
There is also plenty of room for children to play in the cottage, including a swing, a slide and a sandpit (which can also be used to play boules).
Inside, the finca is very original and traditionally furnished. Many antique furniture has been carefully restored and now adorns the entire house.
In the kitchen is e.g. an old stone sink with 200 year old tiles behind it. Nevertheless, there are all the modern conveniences of a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge / freezer, water filter with chilled or heated water and an electric cooker with infrared hob.
The open plan living room has comfortable sofas, LED satellite TV with English and German channels, PlayStation 3 with two handsets, Bose iPod docking station and WiFi internet access.
A bedroom with adjoining shower room is also located on the ground floor. The utility room houses the washer, dryer and another refrigerator.
Stairs lead up to the main bedroom with double bed and a “Romanesque” style tiled en-suite shower room and dressing room.
The bedroom faces the pool side, also has a double bed an en-suite bath / shower with far reaching countryside views.
The third double bedroom has terracotta colored walls. From the window you have a beautiful view of the garden over the orange grove to the tennis court. Adjacent is an attractive bathroom with shower, which is shared with fourth bedroom.
An open space can be used as an office or provided with an extra bed. All rooms have double glazing and Mediterranean terracotta tiles.
In the garden are various terraces and seating available, so you can sometimes go out of your way to read a book in peace or just to enjoy the beautiful garden.
A short walk through the lemon grove leads to the onsite tennis court.

Location of Restored Finca Mallorca East
The finca is only a few minutes drive from the towns of Cas Concos and Santanyi. Especially in Santanyi you will find a good selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. Every Wednesday and Saturday there is a very nice and popular weekly market.
The nearest beaches are about 10km from the house and can be easily reached on the well-developed Majorcan roads.
