This luxury finca was once a farmhouse where people lived and worked together in close contact with nature. Today it has been lovingly restored and converted into a luxurious holiday apartment. The finca in Cala d’Or / Mallorca is particularly well suited for wheelchair users due to its generous space on the ground floor. A total of 13 people can go on vacation together.

You will be welcomed by an imposing entrance hall. The lower part of the house consists of a combined living and dining area, where you can make plans for the upcoming vacation time at the common dining table or let the experiences of the day reflect on the common dinner. A modern kitchen inspires you to process the fruits of the island into culinary creations. The two bedrooms on the ground floor are connected by a bathroom en suite.

Via a staircase in the entrance area you reach the upper premises. Here you will also find the master bedroom with walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with tub and shower. From here you have your own access to a sunny terrace, which is not visible and gives you complete privacy. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms; one of them has a double bed and a separate single bed.

Mediterranean summer evenings can be spent in the small BBQ Casita with covered terrace.

This holiday home is just 5 minutes from the nearest town of Calonge. Here we recommend you to dine in the three very good restaurants. An additional 5 minutes drive away, you will find more dining and shopping options in Cala D’or and S’Horta. The nearest beach in Cala D’or Cala Sana can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes by car.
