The luxurious holiday villa offers plenty of natural light and 360-degree views of the nearby beaches of Cala San Vincente and Puerto Pollensa, as well as the town of Pollensa. The three-storey villa was completed in 2017 to the highest standard and accommodates 7 guests.
On the lower level of this stunning holiday villa there is a parking lot for several cars. From here a lift brings you into the house – a huge wow factor – and ideal for guests who are less mobile. The lift provides access to all floors of the villa.
On the first floor of the holiday villa in Pollensa there is a beautifully sunny living room with very comfortable designer furniture and impressive works of art (all by local artists)
The living room leads to a sunlit terrace and a stunning infinity pool. The pool can be heated (surcharge) and has a glass side overlooking the garage area (very suitable for Instagram!).

Outside there is a stylish, comfortable lounge and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy long, relaxing lunches and dinners prepared on the state-of-the-art gas grill. On this floor there is also a dining area for 8 persons.
The designer kitchen is state-of-the-art and fully equipped. In addition, there is a single room with a bunk bed and a bathroom on this floor which is ideal for children, a nanny or a private chef.
On the top floor there are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a master suite. The beds of Zanotta guarantee a restful sleep. On this level there are several more terraces with stunning views over the bay of Pollensa.

The charming, historic town of Pollensa with many excellent restaurants and a busy Sunday market is just a 10-minute drive away. Some of the best beaches in northern Mallorca are also easily accessible by car.
Of course there are also various golf courses in the immediate vicinity.
Season price
Easter and Christmas will be charged at a rate of 743, - Euro per night !!! Arrival and departure usually have to take place on Saturday. A deposit of 500, - Euro must be deposited cash on site.
