The beautiful finca is located on a hill with a fantastic view to the southeast of the landscape and the sea and offers absolute privacy due to its location. It was built in 2009 in an elaborate design for its then owner, a well-known German industrial heir, and was acquired by the current owners at the end of 2015.

With approximately 360 square meters of living space, it offers its residents every comfort with its high-quality furnishings. The furnishings of the finca are timelessly elegant and modern; numerous art photographs by the original owner adorn the walls.

In total, the main building has three large bedrooms on one level, two with double beds and one with single beds, each with a bathroom (en suite), a spacious living and dining room, a spacious kitchen with dining table, a study, an additional shower room and a guest room -WC and a utility room available. There is also a pool house and an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill and separate dining area on the property.

The finca offers technical amenities such as air conditioning, alarm system, internet and digital and satellite television (including Netflix, Prime Video) as well as flat screen televisions in all living and bedrooms.

The living room looks very inviting with a huge semi-circular living/seating area in front of floor-to-ceiling windows with a wonderful view, so you can make yourself comfortable even on less sunny days. A fireplace with lounge ensures well-being even in the off-season.

In the outdoor area there are two large terraces on the main house with a large dining table and lounge furniture, as well as further sunny and shady terraces and seating in the pool area, which invite you to linger in company or alone. From all terraces you have a fantastic view of the sea in the distance.

The salt water pool is a very nice size at 12x5m and is located slightly below the main house.

The nearest town is Son Macia with a few small cafes and restaurants. In Manacor, about 10 minutes away, there are plenty of shopping and sports opportunities as well as an international school. The old town of Manacor with numerous restaurants is always worth a visit. At the southern exit of Manacor is the well-known Rafa Nadal Academy (tennis, fitness, etc.), the nearest golf course is Val d’Or.

The beautiful bays and beaches of the east coast of Mallorca can be reached in about 20-25 minutes by car.
